I. Shipping Info
Attention! Please read!
All orders are typically shipped within 3 to 10 business days after the order has been placed.
Please allow up to two days for us to process and approve your order for shipping.
Wig orders include $100 of insurance. We encourage you to consider adding additional insurance to protect your package if USPS mishandles it. Please leave your insurance request in the checkout box, and we will contact you with the insurance pricing before shipping your item.
If you are customizing a unit, please note that it may take longer to process your order, as customized units are made in the order they are received.
IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN MISDELIVERED OR LOST, PLEASE FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS/UPS. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES WITHOUT A CLAIM NUMBER.

We have your contact information, and all updates will be sent to you through the method you selected, whether it’s email or text. Please refrain from reaching out for updates if your order is within the shipping policy timeframe. All orders placed online will be available for pickup in 3 to 10 business days. Please check your email for updated pickup notifications.
LATE/DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Kingdom-Ology Beauty & Training Center is not responsible for late or delayed shipments caused by inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please note that observed holidays do not count as business days and should be taken into account when calculating shipping times. We rely on USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we cannot offer reimbursement for shipping charges.
FAILED DELIVERY | REFUSED SHIPMENTS | INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order for processing. It is essential to provide the most accurate and complete details possible. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the leading cause of shipment delays. Ensure that you include all required information (such as zip code, apartment number, etc.) necessary for the delivery of your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

II. Refund Policy for Custom Wigs
Wig Return Policy
Due to the unique nature of our custom wigs, we currently offer exchanges only within 3 business days of purchase. Please select your options carefully, as your custom wig will be made according to your exact specifications. We are not responsible for improper measurements that may result in a wig that does not fit. Additionally, we cannot guarantee color accuracy due to variations in monitor settings and photographs. If you have a specific color in mind, we strongly recommend sending the exact color choice and brand. This small investment can save you from potential headaches and extra costs.
Deposits Non-Refundable
We are currently not accepting deposits. Full payment is required when placing your order. However, we do offer payment plans through our third-party partner, PayPal.

III. Client Bookings
Attention to all clients!
Effective June 1, 2024, due to no-show appointments and same-day cancellations, I will no longer accept online deposits for out-of-state travel. A non-refundable full retainer fee will now be required when booking hair appointments.
